Identifiers, timestamps, performers, and source references travel with material records and candidate actions.

  • Controlled writes require explicit eligibility
  • The browser does not choose physical data-plane endpoints

EXCHANGE / 02

Transport evidence remains immutable

The target Shafafiya adapter retains payload bytes, hash, schema version, environment, correlation, and attempts.

  • PTE credentials are not present in this UAT
  • Simulated transport cannot establish external conformance
